What is the Area L AHEC Learning Institute? The Area L AHEC Learning Institute is designed to work with citizens of the Area L AHEC region (Edgecombe, Halifax, Nash, Northampton, and Wilson Counties) to address specific needs related to job training and skill development in order to prepare a healthcare workforce to serve rural populations.
