GENERAL INFORMATION ON AREA L AHEC PHARMACY CE PROGRAMS

TARGET AUDIENCE: The target audiences for these programs are Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
LOCATION: Area L AHEC - Learning Institute, Classrooms A and B - Parking Lot B, 1631 South Wesleyan Boulevard, Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

To receive
CE credit, attendance must be acknowledged at the registration desk
upon arrival at the program. Participants must attend the entire
session to receive CE credit. Statements of credit will be mailed
to all registrants upon completion and evaluation of the seminar.
Each program is identified by a program number, and the contact hours
of CE credit are listed.
The School of Pharmacy of The University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy
Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

The registration fee
covers credit, instruction, and breaks. Participants who cancel
prior to the early registration deadline will receive a refund for the
amount they have paid less 30%. There will be no registration fees returned
on cancellations that are made after the early registration deadline.
Substitutes are generally accepted. Unforeseen circumstances may
necessitate speaker substitution or program cancellation. If Area
L AHEC cancels the program, all registrants will be notified, and refunds
will be given as appropriate.
